Whether a piece doesn't fit your space or you've simply changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original Alessandro Design boxes, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the carton, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
